People and imports
Bring people into Klovis and control who never gets contacted.
- Import people from a CSVGo to People, then click Import. If your People list is empty, you can also click Import CSV from the empty state.
- Suppression listThe suppression list blocks specific values from ever being contacted through Klovis. Once a value is on the list, campaigns and workflows will never send that person a message, on any channel, until you remove it.
- Import past emailsWhen you connect an email account, Klovis only sees mail from that moment on. Importing past emails brings in the conversations you already had, so every person's page shows the full history and an AI agent can learn from it.
