Connecting your own account
Go to Settings > Profile. Two sections list the channels you can connect, each through Unipile, Klovis's connection provider:
- Email accounts – connect your Google Account to send and receive email through Klovis. (Support for Microsoft/Outlook accounts is on the way.)
- Messaging accounts – connect LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram.
Click Connect next to a provider. This opens a secure window where you sign in to that provider; once it closes, the account appears as connected.
Viewing every connected account
Go to Settings > Sending accounts to see every account connected across the whole workspace, with its status, daily usage and who owns it. This page is for admins and the workspace owner, and it's where you go to review, reconnect or remove any account in the workspace, not only your own.
The health summary
Each account shows one of these states:
- Healthy – working normally.
- Warning – something needs a look, but the account is still working.
- Sales Nav expired – a LinkedIn Sales Navigator session needs reconnecting.
- Restricted – the provider has restricted the account.
- Disconnected – the account needs reconnecting before it can send again.
If any account needs attention, a warning icon appears next to Sending accounts in the Settings menu, with a count of how many accounts need attention or have a warning.
What sharing means
Your conversations on a sending account are private to you unless you share them. From Settings > Profile, under Share my inbox, you can give a teammate:
- Editor access – they can reply as you.
- Read-only access – they can only read your conversations.
An admin or the workspace owner can also manage this for any account from Settings > Sending accounts, using Manage inbox access on that account's menu.
