Creating a campaign

Go to Campaigns and click New campaign. Klovis creates the campaign straight away and takes you to its overview, where you build the outreach and enrol people.

Adding steps

From the campaign overview, click Add a step. Each step has a channel, and for a LinkedIn campaign the available steps are:

  • Connection request – sends the invite (a campaign can only have one of these).
  • LinkedIn message – sends a message.
  • InMail – sends an InMail.
  • Like post – likes the prospect's most recent post.
  • View profile – views the prospect's profile.
  • Follow on LinkedIn – follows the prospect.
  • Create post – posts on your own LinkedIn profile as part of the sequence.
  • Save lead – saves the prospect as a lead.
  • Wait for connection – pauses the sequence until the invite is accepted.
  • If / else – branches the sequence based on a condition.

You can add as many steps as you like, in any order, to build the outreach sequence.

Sending accounts

Every campaign sends through a pool of sending accounts rather than one fixed account being wired into each step:

  • One sending account in the pool: every step routes through that account. This is a fixed sending account.
  • More than one sending account in the pool: Klovis distributes prospects across them automatically (round robin) as they're enrolled, and keeps the same sending account for that prospect on later steps. You can choose how new enrolments are distributed: Load balanced or Strict rotation.

You can also turn on Prefer accounts already connected to the prospect, so that when Klovis assigns a sending account it prefers one that's already connected to that person on LinkedIn, where one is available.

Enrolling people

Click Enroll prospects on the campaign. You can add people individually by searching, or add everyone from a list at once.

Daily invite limits and warm-up, in plain words

Klovis limits how many LinkedIn invites each sending account can send per day and per week, to keep the account safe. A new LinkedIn sending account starts on a warm-up schedule: Klovis sends fewer invites per day at first and increases the number gradually until the account reaches its normal daily limit. You'll see the account marked as warming up while this is happening.

Pause on reply

Pause on reply stops messaging a prospect as soon as they reply, so nobody keeps getting automated steps after they've already responded to you. It's on by default and can be turned off in the campaign's settings.
