Signing up
Go to the sign-up page and fill in:
- Your first and last name
- Your work email
- A password (at least 8 characters)
- Your company name and company size
Klovis sends a verification email before your workspace is activated, so check your inbox and confirm your email address to continue.
Choosing your products
Once you're in, Klovis asks "What will you use Klovis for?". Choose everything you need. You can pick more than one, and you must pick at least one:
- CRM – people, companies, lists, tasks and deals in one place.
- Outreach – campaigns and workflows across LinkedIn, email and messaging apps.
- Website chat – a chat widget for your website that turns visitors into people in your CRM.
- Meeting booking – shareable booking links that put meetings straight onto your calendar.
If you're setting up on your own, Outreach and CRM are pre-selected as a starting point, but you can add or remove any of the four before continuing.
What each product turns on
- CRM gives you your people, companies, lists, tasks and deals.
- Outreach gives you campaigns and workflows, and also brings in your calendar and booking links.
- Website chat gives you the chat widget for your site, along with the Visitors and Articles pages.
- Meeting booking gives you your calendar and shareable booking links.
The setup steps that follow depend on what you chose. For example, choosing Outreach asks you to pick your sending channels next; choosing Website chat asks you to install your chat widget; choosing Meeting booking asks you to connect your calendar and create a booking link.
Starting your trial
Signing up starts a 14-day trial with no card required. Klovis emails you before the trial ends, and you can subscribe at any time from Settings > Billing.
Changing your products later
You don't have to get this right on day one. An admin or the workspace owner can turn products on or off at any time from Settings > Tools, under the Products section near the top of the page. Turning a product on or off switches the tools that come with it.
