Share a booking link

Connect a calendar first

Booking links need a connected calendar to work. Go to Settings > Calendar and click Connect Google Calendar (or connect your Outlook account) if you haven't already. The booking links section on that page stays hidden until you have a connected, writable calendar.

  • Your own booking link lives on Settings > Calendar, in the Booking links section.
  • Admins can also see and manage every booking link in the workspace from Settings > Booking links, with a column showing who owns each one.
  1. From the Booking links section, click Create.
  2. Give it a title (this also generates the link's URL slug, which you can edit).
  3. Choose the meeting length, buffer time between bookings, how many days ahead people can book, and the minimum notice required before a booking.
  4. Choose a conferencing option: Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, a custom Zoom link, or none.
  5. Choose who it books with: a single host, or round robin across a group of hosts.
  6. Choose the fields visitors fill in. Name and email are required by default; you can add further fields from your People fields.
  7. Save the link, then copy the URL to share it.

What the public page shows

Anyone who opens the link sees:

  • Who they're booking with (or, for a round robin link, who they're meeting is revealed once the booking is confirmed) and details of the meeting: duration and conferencing option.
  • A calendar to pick an available day and time, shown in the visitor's own time zone.
  • A short form to fill in their name, email, and any other fields you've added.
  • A confirmation screen once they've booked, showing the meeting name, the time in their time zone, and confirming an invite has been sent to their email.

Klovis checks your connected calendar for busy times before showing availability, so a booking can't clash with an existing event, and it creates the meeting on your calendar automatically once someone books.
