The quick filters
At the top of the Inbox, a dropdown lets you switch between:
- All – every conversation.
- Unread – conversations with unread messages.
- Mine – conversations assigned to you.
- Flagged – replies flagged for review.
- Replied – conversations you've replied to.
- Done – conversations you've marked as done.
Filtering by channel and more
Next to the quick filters, you can narrow the list further:
- Channel – filter to a single channel, including Website chat if you have it turned on.
- Account – filter to a specific connected sending account.
- Profile – filter to a specific person's conversations.
- Campaign – filter to conversations linked to a specific campaign.
Search
Use the search box to search conversations by name or subject. Search works together with whichever quick filter and other filters you already have set, narrowing the results further rather than replacing them.
